Cancellation Policy

At Modest Care Services, we value your time and are committed to providing thoughtful, professional support. To best serve all clients and families, we ask that you review the following scheduling and cancellation expectations.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments, consultations, classes, or service sessions are scheduled in advance based on availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Late Cancellations / Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or “no-shows,” may be subject to a cancellation or missed session fee, if applicable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honor the next scheduled appointment. Full session fees may still apply.

Workshops / Classes / Group Services

Separate attendance or cancellation terms may apply for parenting classes, workshops, speaking engagements, consultations, or group-based services.

Emergency Situations
