Program Overview

The Summer Leadership & Life Skills Academy is a structured youth development program designed to help youth ages 9–12 build confidence, strengthen emotional intelligence, develop leadership skills, and improve decision-making abilities in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

Through interactive activities, team-building experiences, mentorship, skill development, and evidence-based interventions, participants learn how to navigate challenges, build healthy relationships, communicate effectively, and become positive leaders within their families and communities.

The program utilizes a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach that recognizes every child’s unique experiences, abilities, and potential for growth.

The Summer Leadership & Life Skills Academy is designed for youth who may benefit from additional support in developing leadership, communication, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility skills.

This program is appropriate for youth who may be:
